All products are subjected to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be completed due to an availability issue, you will be given a refund for the out of stock product. Dolce Salle will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for dissapointment suffered.
⭕Authenticity
We only advertise and sell products that are 100% genuine.
⭕Images
All images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product. From time to time, colours may vary due to photographic/graphics constraints/processes.
⭕Product Details
All products advertised on Dolce Salle are new and unused. In relation to unboxed items, we make every effort to advertise products clearly, nothing in the advert whether they are sealed or unsealed , etc. However, from time to time, products may have no mention of this within the advert and must be assumed to be an unsealed product. In relation to tester products, testers are not supplied free of charge. Testers are often the normal products sold, but with the packaging marked as 'tester'. Some items may also be marked 'not for individual sale'. By confirming your order to Dolce Salle, you are confirming and accepting that you are aware of these facts and are satisfied to oder on this basis. We make every effort to advertise products accurately. Please read items descriptions carefully.
⭕Order Payment
Payment online can be made using either ATM cash deposit or online transaction. If making paymant online, please note that the payment is verified by bank prior to the order being submitted to us. Cleared payment must be received by Dolce Salle before any order can be dispatched. Moreover, We do not accept payment by wither cheque or postal order.
⭕Checkout
Our checkout software does not currently support wither Applemac or mobile device software.
⭕Order Confirmation
Prior to submitting your order, please check carefully and ensure all details of your order and postal address and correct. Dolce Salle will not be liable for incorrect addresses entered as a delivery address. Following submission of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that Dolce Salle has received your order. This will detail your specific order number, which will be required in the event that you contact us with any quesries. So please make sure you keep this confirmation safe and to hand should there be a query. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms&Conditions. We reserve the right to decline any order.
⭕Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated individually, and will be advised to you by the system before you confirm your order . By confirming your order, you agree to the shipping charge calculated. For Malaysia shipping, all orders over RM 100 attrat free delivery.
Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet, it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date. However, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply fill in an alternative delivery address when you place your order.
Dolce Salle shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyong its resonable control.
⭕Return Policy
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, we will based on the receipt of the returned incorrect item to send the correct item and refund the return postage.
If you wish to CANCEL ORDER BEFORE we have sent the goods, you must confirm by Facebook message, SMS or call to 0166354900. If your order has not been sent,it will cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you wish to CANCEL ORDER AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods, the following procedure applies :-
The goods must be returned unused,unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by Dolce Salle.We will not accept for exchange or refund for any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition which it was dispatched by us.
You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by first class post(we recommend you obtain Proof of Posting)and you will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the original postage cost of the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of this note along with your details and reason for return. Goods are refunded within 30days.
For health and safety resons ,we will not accept any skincare product for a refund or exchange if they have been opened or used.
⭕Complaints
All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately where possible. The customer will be informed of all progress.
Dolce Salle reserves the right to contact customers regarding orders.
In accordance with your privary concerns,we do not supply any of your details to a third party.
As a statement these TermsConditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
